"Working with Fluid on the Old Omaha Box Company building has been a great experience, The Foreman’s on site are great and easy to work with. This Project is an existing remodel and lots of unknowns pop up that require field modifications to make that individual situation work at minimal cost to owner, Change orders are kept to a minimum and Quality of work is always above expectations. Man power on site is always there when needed and on schedule with out pulling off site leaving contractor in a bind. There were several situations that needed to be changed or modified and Fluid had the ability to draw up changes and get approved to work there their were complications in layout. The crew as a whole is very professional and respectful. We hold weekly Forman’s meetings that they made them self’s apart of so coordination was always very good allowing us to Keep schedule on track. I would gladly work with Fluid on any project in the future and strongly recommend them to potential clients."
